La Xarnega Restaurante en Sitges

I loved this restaurant so much, I went there multiple times while I was in Sitges. The sangria, seafood paella, cheese in olive oil, and desert was all fantastic. It is one of the few places you can get paella for one person. Also, the outside area is very scenic and peaceful. The service was outstanding.

I understand that paella is not common for dinner. But this is the only time I can come to this resto and order paella for dinner. We had seafood paella and beef empanadas. Food was tasty, seafood was fresh. Shrimp, mussel and scallop were amazing. We also order empanadas with beef. For dessert, we had two scoop of vanilla ice cream. Food, dessert and service was amazing. Would recommend anyone to come to this place.

Read a few good reviews and thought yes let's give it a chance. From starters to dessert absolutely flawless. Excellent customer service throughout. The skirt steak on the hot stone was divine. The freshly made cheesecake and vanilla ice cream, boy oh boy. I can not praise this establishment enough . Due to the high standard of food, reasonably priced.

Absolutely loved the restaurant, vibe, service and the food was very good! I had the paella and eggplant Cordoba style which were both extremely tasty and felt authentic. I got the feeling everything there will taste great and wish I'd be from around here to go there again.

Fantastic dining experience! We shared a fresh salad, eggs, and Iberico ham to start, followed steak served on a hot plate, and finished with a lovely tiramisu for dessert. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful both inside and out. Highly recommended!

My husband and I ate our way through Sitges and I have to say this was by far the best restaurant in town. The restaurant itself is beautifully done. The outdoor patio is stunning!! It’s the colorful eclectic vibe that made us stop and look at the menu in the first place. The food was incredible. The carne empanadas were some of the best I’ve had (my family is from the Dominican Republic so I know empanadas ). We also had the provolone as a started, melted cheese, should I say more? Our sangria was also delicious. The main star was the paella of course but I wish we had room for the steak dishes because they also looked divine. We obviously saved roomed for dessert… the chocolate coluant with vanilla ice cream sounded like a great way to end the night. Would absolutely come back! The most important thing about eating is the taste and freshness of the food… this is a gemstone in Sitges….tips the patatas bravas the paella and meat super thanks Tonthe amassing waiter…

We had such a great time here! The food was amazing, the place was clean and beautiful, but what really made the experience special was the service. Our waiter was super kind and asked us, “Where are you from?”, which we really appreciated. As asians, we’ve gotten used to people making assumptions, so it was a small but meaningful moment that made us feel genuinely welcomed and respected. Just a really thoughtful touch that stood out to us.
